Elaine Elizabeth Sta-Iglesia is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She is a California board-certified acupuncturist and holds two degrees from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Before focusing on human health, she spent over a decade working with animals as a pre-veterinary student, an experience that deepened her respect for the body’s innate ability to heal. Her approach to care is patient-centered, prioritizing the integration of mind, body, and spirit as one interconnected system. She blends both traditional Chinese medicine and modern therapeutic practices to support balance, resilience, and long-term wellbeing. Her goal is to provide individualized, comprehensive care that supports deep healing and long term well-being. Dr. Elaine works with a wide range of conditions including complex hormonal regulation, emotional and physical integration, nervous system repair, burnout and adrenal recovery and support during life transitions.
